Subscriptions cover stream hosting. Website design, mobile apps, player installation on an existing site and station migration are scoped and priced separately. Audio content licences are not included.

What is internet radio hosting?
A service that receives your live audio or plays files through AutoDJ and distributes the audio to online listeners.
What are simultaneous listeners?
The number of connections listening at the same moment, not total visits during a day or month.
Do all plans include Centova Cast?
Yes. All five plans include Centova Cast for station, playlist and file management and listener statistics.
Can I choose SHOUTcast or Icecast?
Yes, at the same plan price. Confirm your choice in order notes or with the setup team before station provisioning.
Can I broadcast live and use AutoDJ?
Yes. Configure your live software and AutoDJ using your station settings and credentials, and test switching before your show.
What is the difference between 64 and 320 Kbps?
The number is the maximum audio bitrate. Results also depend on codec and source audio; higher bitrates require a stronger listener connection.
Does unlimited mean there are no restrictions?
No. Unlimited storage and listeners and unmetered traffic remain subject to provider policies and service capacity. Large workloads should be reviewed before ordering.
Can I embed a player on my website?
An embeddable HTML5 player is available. Installation and customisation on your site are scoped separately according to your website technology.
Is there an annual discount or setup fee?
Approved prices have no setup fee. Annual billing equals 12 months: $72, $144, $240, $288 or $480 by plan, without an extra discount.
Are a website, app and audio licences included?
No. The subscription covers stream hosting. Website and app development are separate services; customers are responsible for the rights to their broadcast content.
